Cedar Creek: ‘All the things buyers want are here’

Five Fall Parade of Homes entries await in Hidden Lake Estates. Two reverse 1½-story, four-bedroom homes from C&M Builders each received a gold award for Pick of the Parade from the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City. Additionally, C&M Builders’ home at 25207 W. 105th Terrace also received a first-place award for Distinctive Plan and Design.

Other Parade entries in Hidden Lake Estates include a four-bedroom, 1 ½-story home from James Engle Custom Homes that won a gold award in Pick of the Parade; a 1½-story, four-bedroom home from Don Julian Builders; and a reverse 1½-story, four-bedroom from Starr Homes that’s at trim stage.

For prospective buyers who prefer to work with one of Cedar Creek’s builders on a custom-built home, the Parade of Homes is an ideal time to see Hidden Lake Estates’ enviable selection of homesites, including walkout, daylight and level locations.
