The final phase of Woodneath Farms opened last Saturday with home buyers lined up outside the community information center, eager to reserve a homesite.
“We knew that there were several people interested in the new phase as we’ve been keeping a list for months leading up to its opening,” explains Tricia Vulje, ReeceNichols real estate agent and co-community manager. “It’s been a lot of fun to work with buyers on selecting a homebuilder, their floor plan and homesite. For many people, they’re building their dream home and it’s wonderful to assist them with the process.”
The last phase, Links IV, includes 58 large homesites, with 17 backing to the Shoal Creek Golf Course and will offer scenic views to the future homeowners.
“Although several homesites have been reserved, there are still plenty of options to choose from,” said Vulje.
In addition to the phase opening, the Fall Parade of Homes is now underway with four homes in Woodneath Farms on the tour.
“The Parade of Homes is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our builder’s beautiful homes,” said Vulje. “Each home is professionally furnished and decorated and feature the latest design trends in new home construction.”
Woodneath Farms’ entries include the Anniston, a 1.5-story by Cardinal Crest Homes (entry No. 211); the Sienna II, a reverse 1.5-story by Klopfenstine Construction (entry No. 212); the Marisa Grand by McFarland Custom Builders (entry No. 213) and Alexa Hailey, a 2-story by Olympus Custom Homes (entry No. 214).
Additional homes will be open to tour including those by Aspen Homes, SAB Homes, Summit Homes and Brookeview Homes. Prices begin in the upper $300,000s.
Developed by Hunt Midwest, Woodneath Farms has long been a destination community with rolling hills and larger home sites offering picturesque views of farmland, the Shoal Creek Golf Course and, in some cases, the skyline of downtown Kansas City. Its prime Northland location on Flintlock Road just north of Missouri 152 makes for a quick commute to business districts, shopping and entertainment areas and many of the city’s popular attractions.
Woodneath Farms residents have a Kansas City address while students attend schools within the highly-acclaimed Liberty School District.
“Many of our residents chose Woodneath Farms as it allowed them to meet residency requirements set forth by their employers and send their children to excellent schools,” explains Vulje.
Woodneath Farms offers residents a selection of high-end amenities designed with families in mind including a competition-size swimming pool, lake and fountain, walking trails, playground, nature areas, tennis court, picnic pavilion, recreation area, generous landscaping and brick entrance monument. Mid-Continent Public Library’s state-of-the-art Woodneath branch and Shoal Creek Elementary are situated on either side of the community’s Flintlock Road entrance, adding additional conveniences within walking distance.
