Two of Cedar Creek’s newest neighborhoods — Valley Ridge and Hidden Lake Estates — exemplify the enviable variety of both floor plans and homesites that continues to draw buyers to the resort-style community.

“Cedar Creek has every kind of custom home setting available,” said Don Julian of Don Julian Builders, who has built in Cedar Creek since the community’s early days. “All the things buyers ask for are there.”

Two other speculative homes — a five-bedroom, five-bathroom reverse 1½-story home from Bickimer Homes and a reverse 1½-story, four-bedroom home from Roeser Homes with four full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms priced at $824,950 and $1,186,082 respectively — are underway and will be finished within the next few months.
