The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for 7 or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available):

▪ Shogun Japanese Restaurant, 12028 W. 95th St., Lenexa, had 13 priority violations during a Sept. 12 routine inspection. It had no priority violations during a Sept. 21 follow-up inspection.

▪ Fortune Wok & Sushi, 14537 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, had 11 priority violations during a Sept. 11 inspection following a complaint.

▪ 810 Zone, 6301 W. 135th St., Overland Park, had 9 priority violations during a Sept. 12 inspection following a complaint. It had 1 priority violation during a Sept. 22 follow-up inspection.

▪ Knub’s Pub, 5386 Roberts St., Shawnee, had 10 priority violations during a Sept. 11 routine inspection.

▪ Conroy’s Public House, 5285 W. 95th St., Overland Park, had 8 priority violations during a Sept. 12 follow-up inspection.

▪ El Porton Cafe, 4671 Indian Creek Parkway, Overland Park, had 8 priority violations during a Sept. 13 follow-up inspection.

▪ Port Fonda, 900 New Hampshire, Lawrence, had 8 priority violations during a Sept. 6 inspection following a complaint.

▪ Walmart, 5701 Silverheel St., Shawnee, had 7 priority violations during a Sept. 14 routine inspection.
